What is a user?

Anyone who uses TSheets to track or manage time, including the administrator (the person who sets up and manages the TSheets account from your end).

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Simply sign up for a FREE trial after 14 days add your credit card, and your account is ready to go! If you choose not to activate your account with a credit card, there is no need to cancel anything. Your account will remain active but you won’t be able to run reports or export information.

What if I have more than 100 users?

Pricing for 100 or more users is a base fee of $100 + $5 for each user (with annual subscription), but the free trial is still available to try for 14 days. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1800 726 313.

Can I see a demo?

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?

No. We only require your credit card when you’re ready to activate your account after your 14-day free trial.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You are welcome to opt out at any time. But once you've tried TSheets, we know you'll love it and won't want to leave.

Will I be charged GST?

All charges include GST.

How does the monthly billing option work?

Once you activate your TSheets account, your credit card will be charged each month for the number of users listed on your account. The monthly billing option gives you the ability to pay on a month-to-month basis. Should you need to, you can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle (but we hope you’ll stay!). If you select the monthly subscription at any point during your 14-day trial, you will not be charged until your trial expires.

How does the annual billing option work?

If you select the annual subscription option, you will pay for TSheets for a year in advance, with a 20% discount. TSheets uses the total number of users in the account at the time you subscribe to calculate the annual subscription amount. Once you pay for the annual subscription, it is applied as a credit on your account. The TSheets system will bill the account each month based on the number of users, and will draw the appropriate amount with the 20% discount from the available credit.

Is support included during my trial and for my activated account?

Of course. Regardless of how many employees you have, if you’re in the middle of your free trial or whether you’ve been a loyal customer for years — we offer free and unlimited support. We want to hear from you! You’re welcome to call us, email us or chat with us at any time.

How much does Scheduling cost?

After your trial period ends, Scheduling costs an additional $2 per user per month in your TSheets account (with annual subscription).

Is Scheduling available as a standalone product?
